Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
ThymeCreek Ltd operates this marketing website, including its newsletter sign-up form. This policy explains how the website uses cookies and similar technologies. It does not cover a future ThymeCreek app or service.
What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website can store in your browser. Websites can also store or access information on your device through other technologies, including browser storage, scripts and pixels. We refer to these together as “cookies and similar technologies”.
What this website uses
We use Vercel to host and protect this website. Vercel checks requests for signs of automated or harmful traffic. This can involve connection and browser characteristics, including a security fingerprint derived from the encrypted connection. This request check is separate from a cookie. Vercel may also show a security check when it detects suspicious traffic. If you pass that check, it creates a browser session so you can continue to access the website.
You can read more about these measures in Vercel's Firewall explanation.
We have not enabled Vercel Web Analytics or Speed Insights for this website. We do not currently use Google or Meta advertising tools on it. Those tools are not part of the current website uses listed above.
Newsletter sign-up
Signing up for email updates is separate from website tracking choices. Our sign-up form sends your email address to our website's sign-up service, which uses Brevo to send a confirmation email. That server-to-server process is not itself a website cookie. Brevo has recorded delivery, open and confirmation-link click events for a confirmation email; these identifiable email events are described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use newsletter information.
Your choices
We do not currently offer a cookie preference panel because the website does not use optional analytics or advertising technologies. You can use your browser settings to view, block or remove site data. Browser settings do not withdraw consent for newsletter emails; contact us at hello@thymecreek.com to make a withdrawal request.
If we introduce technologies for website statistics or advertising, we will update this policy and provide any information and choices required before they are used. Updating this policy does not itself give us your consent.
