Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 28 September 2026

1. Who we are

ThymeCreek Ltd operates the ThymeCreek website. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ThymeCreek Ltd. You can contact us about the website or these terms at hello@thymecreek.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms explain how you may use www.thymecreek.com and request our free email updates. The website currently provides information about ThymeCreek and its plans, together with a newsletter sign-up form.

Personalised meal planning, accounts, paid subscriptions, ingredient ordering, delivery, Sage, and wearable or sensor connections are planned services. They are not currently available through this website. Descriptions of planned services are information about our intentions, not an offer to supply them or a promise that they will launch. We will provide applicable details and terms before any future service becomes available.

3. Using the website

Simply visiting the website does not sign you up for emails, create a paid contract or authorise access to health or wearable information. Please use the site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or other visitors' use.

4. Email updates

You can request occasional ThymeCreek news and notes by entering an email address you are authorised to use in the sign-up form. The form will tell you if you need to confirm your address before joining the mailing list. Our email updates are free; signing up does not reserve or purchase a future service.

If you no longer want updates, contact hello@thymecreek.com and ask us to stop emailing you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you provide. Signing up for updates does not authorise unrelated marketing or future use of health or wearable data.

5. Responsible use

Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the website, introduce harmful code, disrupt the site, or submit another person's details through the sign-up form without their authority. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the site and its visitors. Any restriction will be proportionate to the issue and will not affect your legal rights.

6. Website material

The text, images, designs and other material on the website may belong to ThymeCreek Ltd or other rights holders. You may view the site for your own use. Ask the relevant rights holder before commercially reusing or widely redistributing material unless the law permits that use. Nothing in these terms limits any copyright exception or other right you have under the law.

7. Food and wellbeing information

Information on this website or in our emails is general information. It does not assess your individual medical needs and is not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for advice from an appropriate healthcare professional. Do not treat a description of a planned feature as a personalised assessment of a health condition, allergy, medicine interaction or dietary requirement. We do not promise a particular health outcome.

Read our Health & Wellness Disclaimer for more detail. Neither that page nor these terms limits our legal responsibilities or your statutory rights.

8. Links to other websites

The website may link to sites run by other organisations. Their content, services, terms and privacy information are their own. A link does not mean we operate or guarantee the other site. This does not remove any responsibility we have under the law for our own statements or actions.

9. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains how this website uses cookies and similar technologies. Reading these terms does not itself give marketing or cookie consent or permission to obtain health or wearable information.

10. Availability and changes

We may change website information or interrupt access for maintenance, security, accessibility or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms as the website or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top will identify the current version. An update will not retrospectively remove a legal right, enrol you in a new service or change a separate contract.

11. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing takes away your statutory rights. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law.

12. Questions and complaints

If you have a question or complaint about this website, email hello@thymecreek.com. Please describe the issue and what you would like us to do so we can consider it. You do not have to use this contact route before exercising a legal right. These terms do not take away any mandatory legal protection or require you to bring a claim in a court that the applicable law would not otherwise require.
